Shipping and online orders

Ordering MooGoo online in Europe

We post orders for under 20kgs for €14 (flat rate) . Orders over 20kgs are calculated on weight and destination. (tip: our shampoo, conditioner, and washes are the heaviest items so keep this in mind when ordering to keep weight down)

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to send to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Ireland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City.

UK

Ireland

Other Countries

Please visit our main website moogoo.com.au. To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Express Airmail via airmail and it arrives with 5-10 days.  We subsidize the postage cost so that it doesn't cost much at all. We use a low flat rate, with a small surcharge for our Milk Shampoo, Cream Conditioner and Milk Wash due to the weight of these items for airmail.

Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, or direct deposit using internet banking.

Return Policy

MooGoo has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 60 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

Privacy Policy

All information provided to MooGoo is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.

Security

For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.

Please check that the 'padlock' icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your data in transit.
